Ice Air was among the 45 exhibitors at this year’s NY-GEO’s first Downstate, 2-day conference drew 550 attendees from 20 states and 10 countries. The company featured their highly sought after Vertical Stack Geothermal WSHP which is a versatile geothermal heat pump that’s available in a range of sizes and configurations for convenient installation. It especially fits LL97 objectives driving New York’s construction work.
“The low electricity demand of Ice Air’s VSHPGE-Series geothermal water source heat pumps can yield substantial energy savings over time while satisfying NYC Law 97 and other similar laws around the U.S,” says Tom Glass, Director of Sales and Marketing at Ice Air. “These energy savings are also a key consideration for helping projects comply with green building rating systems such as LEED®.”
Ice Air was also awarded a federal grant earlier this year to build new manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, SC to increase domestic production of Cold Climate Heat and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
