Located a few blocks north of Yankee Stadium in the Concourse section of the Bronx, 1159 River Avenue is a 245-unit, 19-story building. It represents one of the largest supportive housing developments in New York City with a mix of populations including 146 total supportive units and 99 units set aside for low-income families.
