116 John Street was one of the most hotly anticipated rental buildings at the time of its opening in 2012. This 35-story former office building – converted into a 416-unit luxury residential property – contains approximately 350,000 gross square feet, a roof deck, and a ground floor retail component. Among the modern details found in the studio to 2-bedroom homes are large windows, white oak strip flooring, 11-foot ceilings, and kitchens with dark European cabinetry.
